Shipping and Postage Costs

Standard shipping via Royal Mail 2-5 working days from when the order is placed - £2.95 across our product range up to the value of £100.

Free postage on all orders over the value of £100. 

Returns

In addition to your Statutory Rights, DR POD offers the following rights of return:

Unwanted products may be returned for a refund or exchange if they are returned unused and in their original condition. Please note that the removal of tags will be taken as evidence of use of a product by you and the product cannot be returned in these circumstances.

Returns must be made within 14 days with proof of purchase. Refunds will be provided against the original form of tender. Please email info@thepeppermintgroup.co.uk  to notify us of your return and the customer reference number.

When returning your product by post, please include your personal details and the best way for us to get in touch with you, otherwise we will be unable to process your refund. Return postage will not be reimbursed unless the product is faulty.

Refunds and exchanges on purchases made with a discount code will be calculated at the reduced rate.

Purchases made during any Sale periods may be subject to different returns policies.

Rights of Cancellation

You are entitled to cancel your Online Order within 14 days after the day on which you receive your order.

To exercise this right for Online Orders, please contact us at info@thepeppermintgroup.co.uk. Please ensure that you provide a clear statement that you wish to cancel together with your order number, your contact details and details of the products you wish to cancel. Returns made via post are at your own cost, DR POD will not reimburse this unless the product is faulty.

Prior to returning your products to us, you are obliged to keep and take reasonable care of them. If tags have been removed this will be taken as evidence of use of a product by you and the product cannot be returned in these circumstances.

If an order has already been dispatched for delivery, please wait until you have received your order before exercising your cancellation rights.

Customs Duties

It is your responsibility to comply with all local Customs authority requirements in relation to your order. We recommend that you make yourself aware of these requirements before placing your order.
